Our Team

Ms. Eboni is our Owner, Director and the Visionary of Ordered Steps Learning Center as OSLC has been a dream & ultimate goal for her since the age of 9 years old.  She has more than 20+ years of experience in the childcare industry working with all age groups and has worked in every capacity of early childhood programs, including owning and directing her own registered childcare home. Through the years she has obtained various trainings and college level education in childcare, business management, and culinary arts. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is currently pursuing a college degree in Early Childhood Development at Dallas College.  She is also a registered Texas Trainer, who trains childcare workers, an American Heart Association CPR Instructor and a Notary Public agent. 

Eboni was born and raised in Dallas, Texas area and blessed with 3 amazingly beautiful and talented teenage daughters. She enjoys quality time with her family & friends, cooking/baking, music & the arts!

She is dedicated to the holistic (whole) development of each child and makes it her goal to make sure every child in her care receives the best care & love that they all deserve. She is committed to providing your family with a loving and developmentally sound foundation to create lifelong learners in a safe, sanitary, and positive environment.

Ms. Gabby is our Heavenly Co-Owner. She had over 11 years of experience in administration work and operating her own small business.  She obtained degrees in both business management and accounting.

She is a happily married wife with 4 amazing kiddos.  She loved to watch movies and play games with the family. God is very important to her, and she acknowledged that all things are possible because of God!

Gabby loved seeing children's happy faces and adored watching them grow and blossom.  She believed parents have enough on their plates, that is one of the many reasons why she wanted to begin a child daycare program to provide a safe and fun learning environment for all children.  

She felt very blessed for the opportunity to be a part of the team!

Ms. Gabby passed away October 12, 2022, but will forever be in our hearts and apart of Ordered Steps Learning Center.  

Mr. Dwone is our Co- Owner and Program Management Support. He is originally from San Francisco, California, born and raised. He attended Heald College in 2002 earning an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Technology & in 2003 an Associate in Applied Science in Networking Technology. In 2015, he uprooted and moved to Texas to continue the next chapter in his life. In 2016, he continued his education, pursing and completing a Texas Department of Health Radiography N.C.T. Program. He continued his career started in California in Texas, dedicating 15+ years now in the pest control industry. Today, he continues his career in pest control that also includes training new technician in the business.

Dwone is a proud single father of a young adult daughter that motivates him to do his best every day.  In his spare time, he likes to go bike riding, visit parks and lakes, dine out and spend quality time with family. In 2017, with the guidance of Eboni Griffin, together they pursued and built on a vision and dream to establish and grow a childcare service-based organization to serve and give back to the community that continues today and for generations to come. 

Ms. Ameryss is our awesome preschool teacher! She was born and raised here in Texas and has almost 2 years in childcare including babysitting her nieces and nephews. She has 3 beautiful children of her own ages 10, 6, and 1 years old. They are the light of her life!

Ms. Ameryss loves being creative and learning new things. She considers working with children one the greatest responsibilities. She believes teaching and helping them grow into amazing little humans a true blessing.

Ms. Deborah is our wonderful office administrator and teacher assistant. She has more than 20+ years of experience in childcare, primarily through the armed forces. Her professional childcare background was developed through ownership of a 24-hour day-care program operated on several military bases. "It was my distinct honor to care for children that had parents serving in active-duty status with the U.S. Army". 

Ms. Deborah has a master's degree in professional counseling from Texas Wesleyan University. She currently serves our Fort Worth community through her private Life Coaching Practice. 

With equal merit, she's a proud mother of (2) two, grandmother of (7) seven and great grandmother of (4) four. Deborah is also, a consummate musician who has performed across several continents. She earned an associate degree in music/vocalist from Texas Wesleyan University as well. Deborah has lived a very colorful life and is pleased to offer her support to our learning center. 

Ms. Iyana is our fantastic teacher assistant/substitute. She is a recent high school graduate who, joined us her senior year as a college and career preparation student in the work-study program. She has obtained previous childcare experience at Ordered Steps when it began as a registered childcare home and from babysitting. She has also completed Child Development and Human Service courses in educational career. She loves working, taking care of children and seeing them learn & discover new things about the world. 

Her hobbies include creating art, doing nails and makeup, playing games, watching movies and enjoy hanging out with friends and family.

Ms. Krystal is our marvelous teacher assistant and kitchen personnel. She was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and has nearly 1 year of child care experience. She has 5 children, to include 4 handsome sons & 1 beautiful daughter, whom she considers her blessings and they  all love sports. She enjoys spending quality time with  family and friends, God as important  in her daily life and loves working with children. She truly enjoys teaching, helping, and watching children grow , stay healthhy, and learn. She helps & shows her support whereever needed and is all about being positive and encouraging others. She believes we're all in God's hands and is very thankful to be apart of Ordered Steps Learning Center.
